Payment

Pinnacle's pay as you go programs (Paygo) are billed monthly on a direct bill basis.  All billing is done by the program administrator automatically.

Policy Information Page (PIP)

Each quote will be accompanied with a policy information page outlining policy details and payment schedule, a monthly premium calculation worksheet including net premium rates, and a automatic debit (ACH) enrollment form.  Coverage cannot be bound untill these items are completed and received by the program administrator. 

Down Payment/Deposit

One twelth (1/12) of the estimated premium is due at bind.  All applicable state taxes, fees, and the policy expense constant will be deducted from this amount.  The remainder will be held as a deposit and applied against the first premium invoice billed at the end of the first month.

Premium Reporting

Each policy holder will be issue net premium rates on a payroll reporting worksheet.  The client will complete the report monthly including the total payroll by classification code and send the report to Pinnacle at the end of each month.  The policy holder is able to calculate the total premium due using the worksheet.  The worksheet can be faxed to (972) 692-7819 or emailed, This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it .  Once the worksheet is received an invoice will be created and sent to the policy holders fax or email address on file.

Payment Processing

Once an invoice is created the policy holders account will be charged via ACH debit for the amount of the submitted worksheet total.  The remaining deposit from the down payment will be applied to the first month invoice total and the difference will be debited.

Deductible Payments

Deductible reponsibilites are billed monthly on invoices seperate from premium invoicing. Invoice calculations in most states are based on the incurred amount of a claim as set the third party administrator.
